TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2022 By (1) John Nganga Muchiri, (2) James Mwangi Muchiri and (3) Rose Mugure Muchiri, all of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Maina, who died at Makomboki, on 6th November, 1993. CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2022 By (1) Ngugi Kirigi, (2) Samuel Maina Ngugi and (3) Rose Waithira Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 251–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Kirigi Ngugi, who died at Kanderendu Sub-location, on 29th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
