Box 89, Kabazi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazarus Kanja Kaheria alias Kanja Kaheria, who died at Kabazi, on 30th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2022 By Mary Wanjiru Kamita, of P.O. Box 33–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Kamita Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2020. CAUSE NO. 126 OF 2022 By (1) Simeon Mwangi Kamangu and (2) David Ndichu Kamangu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margret Njambi Kamangu, who died at Kimathi, Mitahato, on 15th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. 127 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Wanyoike and (2) Veronica Wambui Macharia, both of P.O. Box 503, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangui Ikaba, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
