E11 OF 2023 By (1) Kahindi Silas Mwanza, (2) Charles Bahati Mwanza, (3) Peter Maitha Mwanza and (4) Mary Mwanza Maitha, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwanza Maita, who died on 28th July, 1992.
