CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2022 By (1) Stephen Kitsao Vinya, (2) Joseph Karisa Vinya and (3) Simon Vinya Katana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vinya Katana, who died on 27th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2023 By Rose Dama Jali, of P.O. Box 135–80200, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Renson Shida Mwangiri, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
