Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hedwig Landert Zimba, who died on 12th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. 113 OF 2022 By (1) Jumwa Kitsao Ngole, (2) Loyce Kombe Nzai, (3) Sarah Kombe Nzai and (4) Dama Nzai Kombe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kombe Nzai alias John Nzai Kombe, who died on 28th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2022 By (1) Charo Kapombe Jefwa and (2) Alex Lewa Jefwa, both of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Kapombe Jefwa, who died at Gandini, on 6th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2022 By (1) Karisa Nyundo Chengo and (2) David Nyundo Chengo, both of P.O. Box 2091, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Toya, who died at Mijomboni, Kilifi, on 10th June, 1982. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2022 By Anderson Shume Mwachizigwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Mwanguo Vinya, who died on 24th February, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
