TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2022 By (1) Robert Oanga Ombachi and (2) Edward S. Nyakundi, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombachi Miranyi, who died at Mwamonari Sub-location, on 20th April, 1974. CAUSE NO. 390 OF 2022 By Evalyne Nyamache Musa, of P.O. Box 4542–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Okari Mokaya, who died at Kisii Township, on 6th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
