TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2022 By Philmax Kiprono Koskei, of P.O. Box 3, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Kiptonui Kitur alias kiptonui A. Kitur, who died at Samutet, on 10th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2022 By (1) Jacob Kibor Koske, (2) Geoffrey Kipkirui Bett and (3) Kiplangat Bett, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taprandich w/o arap Raimoi alias Taprandich w/o Raimo w/o Kositany, who died at Soin, on 16th January, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
