TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2022 By Regina Chepkemboi Rotich, of P.O. Box 44, Londiani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipkemboi Rotich, who died on 29th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2022 By Wilson Kipngetich Tonui, of P.O. Box 455–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Biegon alias Kiptonui arap Yegon, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
