E125 OF 2021 By Benson Wahongo Adede, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuonji Wangolo, who died on 23rd April, 1970. CAUSE NO. 317 OF 2022 By Moses Ochieng Olwanda, of P.O. Box 210, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondego Miguna, who died on 1st July, 1994. CAUSE NO. 395 OF 2022 By Dorka Ayugi Ogenga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ogenga Amumi alias Samwel Ogenga, who died on 19th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2022 By Angelina Obonyo Okoth, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvano Okoth Oloo alias Okoth Oloo, who died on 19th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
