Box 120, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutahi Kamunye, who died at Mbeti North Location, on 30th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. Box 407, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njeru Mberegenya, who died at Kibugu Sub-location, on 19th October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Peter Kimani Gitau, of P.O. Box 59–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Kamau Charles, who died at Embu Children Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2019.
