TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Joyce Kananu Kaburia, of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jasper Kaburia M’Anampiu, who died at Nkando, Kaugu, on 14th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Zaweria Wangui Thumbi, of P.O. Box 662, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Thumbi Kingori alias Joseph Thumbu King’ori, who died at Nairobi Texas Cancer, on 10th October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
