TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2021 By Timothy Ndirangu Chege, of P.O. Box 589–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyambura Chege, who died at Matanya, on 26th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2022 By (1) Stephenson Githinji Mwai and (2) Washington Magondu Mwai, both of P.O. Box 533–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Konyu Mwai, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
