TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2022 By Janifer Njoki Murangiri, of P.O. Box, 1434–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Genero Murangiri Ndubai, who died at Kabati, on 4th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2022 By (1) John Nganga Gicheha and (2) Richard Gatheru Gicheha, both of P.O. Box 534, Kalimoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaberah Wangui Gicheha alias Isabela Wangui Gicheha alias Wangui Gicheha alias Isabella Wangui Gicheha, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
