TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E377 OF 2020 By James Anyango Oluoch, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwalo Oluoch alias Petro Mwalo, who died at East Kanyadrwera Sub-location, on 4th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. 716 OF 2022 By (1) Emily Ominde and (2) Felly Akinyi Odero, both of P.O. Box 8011, Dago in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Odero Onyando, who died on 13th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
