TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2022 By James Mwaura Mugane, of P.O. Box 46, Kipkelion in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Njeri Mugane, who died on 6th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By Marylynn Chepkemoi Soi, of P.O. Box 349, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipruto arap Soi, who died on 7th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By John Cheruiyot Sang, of P.O. Box 13, Kiptugumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsigei arap Ngige alias Kipsigei Nyige, who died on 14th April, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
