TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Orony Ogalo and (2) Ronald Gordon Rogo, both of P.O. Box 766–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with will annexed in the estate of Helen Hilda Ogalo Oyoo alias Helen Helda Agalo Oyoo alias Hellen Hilda Ogalo Oyoo alias Hellen Hilda Ogalo, who died at North Kapuonja, on 23rd March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
