NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle registration, KCN 224N, to take delivery of the same from garage of Truckbreakers Spares Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by either public auction or private treaty without any further notice Dated the 16th January, 2023.
