APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 (1) of the Election Offences Act, I, Martha K. Koome, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, appoint the following as a special magistrate to hear and determine matters relating to offences under the Act.
