GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 775

WHEREAS Duncan James Watta, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Kilifi/Vyambani/353 and 354, and Felix Tsori Chivatsi, is the registered proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Kilifi/Vyambani/355 and 356, and Newlife Prayer Centre and Church, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Vyambani/359, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the environment and land court at Malindi in ELC civil case No. 184 of 2013, has ordered that title deeds registered in the names (1) Duncan James Watta, (2) Felix Tsori Chivatsi and (3) Newlife Prayer Centre and Church, be reverted back to the original No. Kilifi/Vyambani/92, and be registered in the names of the plaintiffs (1) Vue Taure Vue and (2) Tsori Chiwai Sudi, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said order and issue a land title deed in the names (1) Vue Taure Vue and (2) Tsori Chiwai Sudi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Duncan James Watta, (2) Felix Tsori Chivatsi and (3) Newlife Prayer Centre and Church, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
