THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 8.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Wanjohi/472, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 154 of 2016, has issued letters of administration to (1) George Kamanda Ndaba (ID/1450127), (2) Daniel Njoroge Ndaba (ID/4172301) and (3) David Njenga Muiruri (ID/9813020) and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kamau Njoroge (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and LRA 39 and LRA 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
