REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tumaka Self Help Group, of P.O. Box 266, Elburgon in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as 27th January, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Dundori/Lanet Block II/1094 (Muwa), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
