THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Local Believers Church, of P.O. Box 83870– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1390 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 4059/VI/MN, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered as CR. 41177/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruction the deed file register, as provided under section 33 (5).
