REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Mugo Nderi (ID/12781514), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under certificate of lease No. Thika Municipality Block 9/971, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
