NOTICE is given pursuant to Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the below motor vehicles to collect their vehicles lying uncollected at JB Motors Limited: KBX 992Q, Volkswagen Passat; KCD 948C, Toyota Belta; KBS 339T, Ashok Leyland; KBV 248V, Mercedes Axor 1823 Tipper; KBQ 890J, Mercedes Saloon; KBS 329V, Jeep; KBL 864U, Toyota Allion; KBU 879S, Toyota Avanza; KAS 423Y, Toyota Landcruiser Prado; KBB 918P, Toyota Harrier; KBJ 299P Suzuki Escudo. Further notice is given that unless the vehicles are collected within thirty days (30) from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to JB Motors Ltd all the storage charges and any other incidental costs including the costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
