NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to KAPU Limited, of P.O. Box 44023–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the owner of motor vehicle Reg. No. KAV 396U, Toyota, white, in the custody of Suakshi Agencies, of P.O. Box 808–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya and held within the custodian’s premises at Kayvee Towers, General Mathenge Drive, Nairobi, to take delivery of the motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds thereof shall be used to defray the accrued custody and costs without any further reference to the owner.
