THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above Plan was on the 19th September, 2022, completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the Director of Physical and Land Use Planning at Trade House, Ground Floor, Embu Town. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may, within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
