APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Kisii County Assembly Standing Orders, notice is given to all Kisii County Assembly Members and members of the public that Monday, 9th January, 2023, has been appointed as a day for special sitting of the County Assembly of Kisii at the County Assembly Chambers commencing at 9.00am; for the purpose of transacting the following business— 6th January, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE (a) tabling/Laying of a Report on the Supplementary Budget for the FY 2022/2023 by The Committee on Budget And Appropriation; (b) tabling/laying of the Kisii County Appropriation (Amendment) Bill, 2023; (c) tabling/laying of County Service Delivery Unit; (d) tabling/laying of names of nominees for appointment to the position of Chief Officers; (e) tabling/laying of names of nominee for appointment to the position of County Secretary; (f) Approval of the Supplementary Budget for the FY 2022/2023; and (g) consideration and approval of the Kisii County Appropriation (Amendment) Bill, 2023.
