APPROVAL

NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Embu and the general public that pursuant to Standing Order 33 of the County Assembly of Embu Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly of Embu at the County Assembly Chambers on Monday, 9th January, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. The business to be transacted during the sitting shall be— (a) the approval consideration of the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the First Supplementary Estimates of the County Government of Embu for the FY 2022/2023; and (b) consideration of the Report of the Committee on Administration, Devolution, Public Service, Governance and ICT on the Assumption of Office of Governor Committee. In accordance with Standing Order 33 (4) of the County Assembly of Embu Standing Orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the Assembly during the special sitting.
