THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josiah Mwadime Manambo alias Mwadime Manambo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing known as Werugha/Werugha/75, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Wundanyi in succession Cause No. E43 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Juliana Wakesho Salai, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Juliana Wakesho Salai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Josiah Mwadime Manambo alias Mwadime Manambo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
