REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Abdalla Said, as the administrator of the estate of Abdalla Said Ghaniim, of P.O. Box 85366–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 4641/VI/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 45055/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the title is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
