REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alexander Kinyanjui Marenye (ID/4828723), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under certificate of lease Nos. Thika Municipality Block 18/366, 452, 523, 567 and 887, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificates of lease of the said pieces of land are missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificates have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue other certificates of lease and the said missing certificates of lease be deemed of no effect.
