Box 2364- 40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maumar Onyango Nabeel Khan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Maumar Onyango Nabeel Khan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maumar Nabeel Saleem Khan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Maumar Nabeel Saleem Khan only. MAUMAR NABEEL SALEEM KHAN, MR/4257539 formerly known as Maumar Onyango Nabeel Khan.
