COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given to the general public that, pursuant to the provisions of section 13 (g), 40 (1, 2 and 3), 49-9 (1) and 69 (184) of the Physical Planning and Land Use Act, 2019 the preparation of the above plans was on the 30th November, 2022 completed. The part development plans relates to the parcels of land Situated in Muranga Como. Copies o£ the development plans as prepared has been deposited for public insmtion free of charge at the office of County Director of Physical Plauping and at the Sub County Offices between 8.00am- 5.00pm. Any interested person who wishes to make any representations in connection with or objection to the content of the above plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Muranga County, P.O. Box 52-10200, Muranga within twentyne (21) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which they are made.
