NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th July, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 738, in Volume DI, Folio 396/3195, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Shaniah Mitchelle Adhiambo, of P.O. Box 26424–00504, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Elizabeth Meshairu Mwenje, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Meshairu Mwenje, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shaniah Mitchelle Adhiambo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shaniah Mitchelle Adhiambo only.
