NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, that all customers who brought water pumps, generators, engines and any other equipment for repairs on or before the 30th November, 2022 and are with Davis & Shirtliff, Service Department, to collect them upon payment of repair or service charges within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to collect the said goods 23rd December, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE within the given notice shall lead to the said goods being disposed or sold to recover repair and storage costs.
