THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonathan Ngewa Kitolo (deceased), of P.O. Box 392- 90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.89 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kakuzi Gituamba/Block. 1 (Mavoloni)/459, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in succession cause No. 146 of 2010 Murang'a, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Fredrick Kimeu Ngewa, and whereas as all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Fredrick Kimeu Ngewa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jonathan Ngewa Kitolo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
