NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following authority and order under Cr. Misc. No. 1028/2022 in the Chief Magistrates Court at Makadara Law Courts to the public/owners/custodians of motor vehicles, motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Buruburu Police yard, to collect the said motor vehicles, motorcycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.
