GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 205

WHEREAS Joseph Kiiru Gachuiga alias Kiiru Gachuiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.93 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mahiga/Kamoko/603, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the magistrate court at Othaya in succession cause No. 126 of 2021, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Sammy Maina Kiiru and (2) David Kingori Kiiru, as administrators and the beneficiary is Tarcisio Maina Mwangi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kiiru Gachuiga alias Kiiru Gachuiga (deceased) has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Sammy Maim Kiiru and (2) David Kingori Kiiru, as administrators and the beneficiary is Tarcisio Maina Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kiiru Gachuiga alias Kiiru Gachuiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
