WHEREAS (1) John Cutter Crooks and (2) Charity Nkatha King, as administrators of the estate of Linet Viorah Nkirote, of 33 Willow Park Drive, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8, 2HY, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2001 hectare or thereabouts, known as 6274/I/MN, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered as CR. 42058/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file registered in respect of the land title deed has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the administrators have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Govarnment, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under section 33 (5).
