REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyagumbi Mijando, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered under title No. Kasipul/Kokwanyo/590, and whereas sufficient 23rd December, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
