TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2022 By (1) Ali Mohamed Said and (2) Said Mohamed Said, both of P.O. Box 40912,−00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Said Zebeidi, who died at Nairobi, on 30th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2022 By (1) Habib Ebrahim Habib Makii, (2) Mohamed Sadik, (3) Hamida Ebrahim Habib Makii and (4) Jamila Ibrahim Habib Makii, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Ibrahim alias Fatma Sheil Hassan, who died at Nairobi, on 9th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
