TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2022 By (1) Silas Silali Kisenge and (2) Timothy Meru Situma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kisenge Makasi alias Jonathan Kisenge Makase, who died at North Kulisiru, on 9th November, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
