TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By Jeconia Okwiri Otiu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anton Otiu Ongoro, who died at Ochienga, on 13th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2022 By Margaret Atieno Were, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Gaunye, who died at Nyalgunga, on 27th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2022 By Joshua Winga Ayiecho, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Hezron Omolo Lore alias Omolo Lore, who died at North Ramba, on 28th October, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
