TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2022 By Benard Ayoo Ageke, of P.O. Box 82, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Agere Ayoo alias Thomas Ageke Ayoo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 31st May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2022 By Francis Okudo Achuch, of P.O. Box 3547–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Ochieng’ Achuch alias Ochieng’ Aluoch, who died at Karateng, Ojolla, on 4th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
