TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 328 OF 2022 By Musa Adhiambo Ater, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Ater Nguka, who died on 14th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. 329 OF 2022 By Jamin Asimba Lutangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Lutangi alias Hezron Rutange, who died on 5th May, 1977. CAUSE NO. 330 OF 2022 By Wilfrida Aoko Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Khamis Apindi, who died on 13th January, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
