TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) Erick Otieno Ochanda and (2) Quinter Atieno Otieno, both of P.O. Box 2, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Auma Ochanda alias Auma Osumba, who died at Kamswa South Location, on 12th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Elizabeth Odongo Odhuno, of P.O. Box 9, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Charles Otieno Osweta, who died at Tamu Location, on 3rd November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
