TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2018 By (1) Joel Muriungi M’Rukaria and (2) Simon Gichunge M’Rukaria, both of P.O. Box 53, Nkubu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rukaria M’Thura, who died on 9th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2022 By Meme M’Arimi, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arimi Rangata alias M’Arimi M’Rangata alias Cornelio M. Arimi, who died at Mikumbene. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
