TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2021 (E109 OF 2021) By (1) Jackson Kibigo Kungu and (2) Eliud Nganga Kungu, both of P.O. Box 616–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kungu Kibigo, who died at Githiga, on 14th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2021 By Irene Wanjiru Chege, of P.O. Box 67, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Chege Njuguna, who died at RFH Specialist Hsopital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
