CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2022 By Hezekiel Alex Njogu Wanyoike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Wanjiku Njogu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2022 By (1) David Kimani Njuguna and (2) Susan Wanjiku Kafue, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguini Kimani, who died at Theta, on 27th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2022 By (1) Ruth Munyiva Mwangangi, (2) Muema Kyule and (3) Rebecca Kavini Matheka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Ngina Joseph, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
