Rukungu Alias Erastus Kamau Rukungu, who died at Kiynona Sub- location, on 17th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2022 By John Macharia Ngugi, of P.O. Box 67, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Gakio alias Nathan Ngugi Gakio, who died at Kariua Sub-location, on 19th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
